Vedika Machinery Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata, India, manufactures replacement spare parts for IMA (C21, C23, C24, C27, C28, C2000) and Teepack (Perfecta, Constanta) teabag packaging machines, and supplies thread, aluminium wire, tags and BOPP film for teabag production.

Every part is reverse-engineered and made in our own toolroom (CNC turning, VMC, wire-cut and spark EDM, surface and tool grinding) with a dedicated drawing, design and R&D department. Raw material is matched to the OEM by spectrometry, cutting edges use PM HSS with PVD coatings, and heat treatment is done under vacuum. New parts are tested on running IMA and Teepack machines at our group's own teabag packing plant.
