Peptizol - 11
Peptizer with a New Generation Blend of Dibenzamido Diphenyl Disulfide. Organo-Metallic Complexes, Organic and Inorganic Dispersing Agents.
Presentation
Both grades are available in powder, pellet and prill forms.
Standard packing 25 kgs nett. In multilaver paper/Hessian Polythene Laminated Bag and LDPE inner liner.
Dosage
0.10 to 0.30 phr for Natural Rubber. For SBR & NBR, higher dosages are recommended. However, oil-extended SBR & NBR required comaprativeley less dosages (0.50 to 0.70 phr) of Peptizol-7/Peptizol-11 than non-oil extended types (1.0 to 2.0 phr).
Durability/Storability
12 months for both grades if stored properly in dry & cool atmosphere.
