4 Warranty:
The Warranty Period for the contract equipment shall be 12 months from the next day after the end of commissioning. If the supplied equipment is found to be defective as a result of faulty materials or workmanship within the Warranty Period, the Seller shall, at its own expenses, rectify or replace defected part of the equipment.
