emBOSS is the special wool paper roller made with the finest quality of paper sourced from Europe for the manufacture of special embossing rollers to be used by the tissue convertors and manufacturers.

Our embossing rollers are made from denim paper blended with wool fibers to provide a resilient roll that can be used for every application. The wool content varies from 15 % - 35% and hardness can be obtained from 75 Shore D to 85 Shore D.

emBOSS is a resilient roll that can be used for any kind of pattern and it quite mark resistant. It is an established application for deep and fine emboss patterns with both geared and ungeared assembly.
