General construction

Neutek
make LT Panel shall be suitable rated at 415 V/690V, 50Hz, 3 Phase,
standing floor mounting, dust, vermin and corrosion proof construction.

Frame Work

The
PCCs made out of MS CRCA sheet of not less then 2.00 mm sections. The
frame shall be rigid and self-supporting. The framework shall be made
& formed in shape & size. The sheet metal work shall be done
with CRCA MS sheet. The entire supporting member shall be of 2.0 mm
sheet steel the modules doors shall also be 1.6mm thickness necessary
shiftiness shall be provided. All the module doors/opening shall be
provided with rubber gasket to make dust proof to make it more effective
ventilation louvers shall be provided. Suitable size fan shall be provided at the top in case of VFD & PLC

Painting

Our normal procedure of painting is as under

The
frame work & sheet metal thoroughly cleaned, all the burs, welding
is mechanically by grinders, and surfaces are made smoother by surface
grinder where ever required.

There
after all the frame, sheet metal components are chemically treated for
degreasing. derusting and finally phosphated. Finally the MCC/PCC (Power
factor/DG Panel etc shall be finished with powder coated function point grey shed (color perferred by customers)
