Pallastied Racking System

Mainly Consists of two basic parts namely,
1) VERTICAL FRAME
2) HORIZONTAL BOX_BEAM

Frame is made of using uprights of type Double lipped C-channel having slots at distant of 75 mm to get box-beam locked to meet storage nedds.

Horizontal bracing of "C" channel & diagonal bracing of tubular pipe round type of dia 32 mm so as to give rigidity & strength to frame.

Frame design decided according to needs of storage.

Frame is made of high grade steel confirming to IS : 2062

Horizontal box-beam is made by using two nos. of c-channels.
Having 3-lipped connector welded on both ends so as to get it locked on verticals at desired distant with flexibility of 75 mm.
Box-beam having RIB (re-inforced-bending) so as to increase its UDL (universally devided load) capacity by 20%

Instead of wooden pallets decking shelves also can be stacked on box-beams so as to meet storage needs. the box-beams are formed specially for it.

Mainly used for huge movement of bulk loads inventory & outward.
Long-span is provided therefore, for bulk goods with flexibility.
Easy to access & fast movments of bulk loads with automoted fork-lift operations.
