Overspeed Safety Switch

We are exporting, manufacturing & supplying Overspeed Safety Switch from Pune, Maharashtra, India. PROTOCONTROL make overspeed safety switch Series ESM is designed for detection of over speed and actuates relay contact at desired over speed limit. These switches find application in downhill conveyors and cranes and heavy duty motors.
The over speed monitor which uses non-contact sensor like Inductive, Capacitive, Magnetic or Optical proximity switch to sense the speed & actuates a relay at preset speed. Using contacts of this relay desired control action such as over speed protection can be achieved.

The O/P is in the form of 2C/O relay contacts. Speed range from 1 to 6000 RPM using Inductive Proximity Switch as a sensor & 500-5000 RPM using Magnetic or Optical sensor can be covered in six ranges.

The enclosure for monitoring unit is panel-mounting type IP 30. A special sturdy cast Al enclosure suitable to IP 65 Grade can be provided when the when the unit is required to be field mounted. Supply voltage to the control unit is 240 V AC, or as per requirement. Special features such as direction sensing, multi range model, differential or slip speed monitoring are also available. Versions substitute to imported one are also available.
