Automatic pusher feeding arrangement measures the packing length of biscuits in three hopper and the biscuits are then pushed slowly into the main feeding conveyor. Post this procedure, teh biscuits are carried through a steel rod via an adjustable folding box and paper for biscuits for center sealing using hot sealing rollers. Both the sealing and cutting processes are dome using a rotating hot jaw. Presence of nylon lug for guiding the two additional long top chain assures appropriate shape as well as gusseting of each pack.

Manual Pusher Feeding:

Here, manual operations take place to feed the biscuits into the side conveyor and for smooth transfer of the biscuits into the main feeding conveyor. Post this, the nylon lugs are used to carry the biscuits using an adjustable folding box and biscuit paper for sealing through hot sealing rollers. Rotating hot jaw is used to complete the end sealing and cutting process.
