1.The material of the seal is made of 15 percent of chrome and 1-3 percent of molybdenum and other elements.
2.The seal has character of wear corrosion and dirty resistant.
3.The hardness of the seal is hrc65-72, the lifetime is 5000hours,the pressure is 0.15mpa-0.3mpa, the temperature is -40degrees centigrade to 240 degrees centigrade. The speed is 3m per second.the sealing face roughness is 0.15um, the flatness precision is 0.005mm-0.01mm.
4.We have 4 type of rubber ring for option, NBR,HNBR,FPM,VMQ,clients choose according to seal working conditions.
5.It used in caterpillar, excavator, bulldozer, tunnel boring machine and conveyor and other mining machinery and construction machinery.
6.We accept oem and odm.
