Oil Flushing System (Syvef)

We are providing Oil Flushing System (SYVEF) to our consumer with the following features:
* Exclusively designed for synthetic and phosphoric ester polymer oil such as EHC HPU oil
* Reduces total acid number noticeably and maintains it at a low level
* Eliminates contaminant particles down to the level of sub-microns using electrical absorption and filter technology
* Faster and more precise elimination of contaminated particles compared with SYVE Models
* Keeps the oil clean at all times to the contamination level at or lower than NAS5
* Maintains moisture saturation under 300ppm
* Enhances viscosity of the operating oil and maintains it at a constant level
* Does not affect oil contents such as additives during precise flushing operation
* Completely removes free moisture, dissolved moisture and gas by applying high vacuum method (70Torr.abs or under)
* Eliminates sub-micron corpuscles which are the cause for viscosity change to prevent the oxidation of oil and extend life
* Completely eliminates moisture in oil by double vacuum chamber method Automatic discharge of condensed moisture through the automatic moisture discharger
* In case the oil leaks, issues automatic warning and stops the equipment using leakage prevention apparatus OFF-LINE method which does not affect the operation of main facilities
