We are providing Oil Flushing System SYVE to our consumer with the following features:
* Keeps the oil clean at all times (contamination level NAS6, Moisture 300ppm) Enhances total acid number and viscosity enormously Does not affect oil contents such as additives during precise flushing operation Completely removes free moisture, dissolved moisture and gas by applying high vacuum method (70Torr.abs or under)
* Eliminates contaminant particles down to the level of sub-microns equal to or smaller than 1/ffli using electrical absorption technology Eliminates sub-micron corpuscles which are the cause for viscosity change to prevent the oxidation of oil and extend life Possible to flush up to highly viscous oil (maximum 460cst) Completely eliminates moisture in oil by double vacuum chamber method Automatic discharge of condensed moisture through the automatic moisture discharger
* In case the oil leaks, issues automatic warning and stops the equipment using leakage prevention apparatus
* OFF-LINE method which does not affect the operation of main facilities Unattended operation by using automatic control program Maintains the oil function to the optimum state to enhance productivity of the equipment
* Precisely eliminates oxidation products to prevent accident of the equipment and reduces maintenance cost
* Flushes the hydraulic line based on continuous operation
* Prevents temperature rise and fixation of bearing due to friction Minimizes the equipment damages due to friction
