• We get in touch with clients to fix the audit to fulfill requirement and meet deadlines.
• We collect some information before commencing the audit like Quality Manual, Process Charts, 3rd party audit results, records of Management Reviews, and Organization Framework.
• We prepare a comprehensive internal audit in line with client's approval.

During the OSHAS Internal Audit:

• Arrange an opening meeting (formal or informal) that revolves around clients requirements.
• Carry out an Audit Management review with an expert team of auditor by looking into the content and purposes.
• Initiate discussion with clients about how to go about quality objectives and process performance and metrics that sets the guidelines for the direction and approach of the audit.
• Check customer satisfaction data with the auditors.
• Check out the corrective and preventive measures assumed by the auditing team; and take a sample during auditing the processes.
• Do auditing by checking the process and every aspect for effectiveness and efficiency as applicable.
• Interact with management before wrapping up the meeting to look into all findings before representing to the rest of the management team.
• Arrange a closing meeting by reviewing audit reports prior to writing the report.
• Jot down and complete audit report.
• Send report draft to clients for review.
• Discuss findings & concerns and update the report until & unless client gets satisfied
