Oak Barrels

Our provided Oak Barrels are made of American Oak wood. The wood is 100 % naturally dried. The wood is exposed in mountain areas, in open air. This exposure to water, wind, snow and sun lasts at least for 24 months. We do not steam the barrels before assembly so as to preserve as many characteristics of the wood as possible. That's why a water soak is required before the use of our barrels. Usually used for red wines making processes, our oak barrels disclose their overall characteristics for sweet or dry white wines.
