NYLON 6 :
Extruded nylon-6(Polyamide) with controlled quantity of MOS2 (molybdenum disulphide) to enhance sliding(wear) and self lubrication properties. Better outdoor performance achieved (UV radiation) in black colours.
Nylons behaves in a predictable, reproducible manner under load and in known environments. It is a good material for replacing gunmetal, cast iron, aluminium other rust catching materials.It is tough, lightweight, abrasion resistant, shock resistant, corrosion resistant, heat resistant, low specific gravity, and high melting point.
Nylons requires no lubrication and can be machined and finished in ways similar to metals. We manufacture Extruded Rods, bushes and sheets.
