This range of equipment offers models with capacities ranging from 250 N to 300.000 N which vary from bench versions to stationary ones and it is designed to monitor the qualrty of welded joints by means of destructive tests on samples. These machines are particularly suitable for manufacturing companies that perform both spot and projection resistance welding and have the need to ensure precise mechanical features to the welded joint.
The vertical movement test system has a force transducer which varies according to the ST1900's models and capacities, that is to say according to a range that goes from 250 N up to 300.000 N. The ST1 900 can carry out both tensile tests on steel samples or rods, either spot or projection welded, and compression tests on projection welded nuts and bushings.
