Nova - Double Head Cutting Machine

These NOVA - Double Head cutting machine is a double head cutting-off machine with a 4000/5000 mm effective cutting length. Thanks to its high degree of precision and easiness of use, it represents a perfect tool to cut off aluminium and PVC bars with different thicknesses and corners. NOVA 500/P is an electro-pneumatic double head cutting-off machine featured by an automatic movement of the right unit, which is controlled by a CNC numerical control, and an external rotation of the cutting units. Pneumatic tilt of heads at fixed degrees, such as 22A 30a , 45A , 90A , with mechanical stop references for intermediate degrees.

The machine is equipped with vertical and horizontal clamps to block the profile and fully protect the cutting areas. The control system is comfortably located at the front and is featured by a graphic panel to easily read and set the data. It enables to correctly position the mobile heads, according to the specifications of the cut to carry out. The machine can be equipped with a label industrial printer, thus enabling the identification and the association to the corresponding order.
