* Start-up rollers when dough feeding 2/3 in feedig plate, start rolling from 1# and 2# roller, sending dough sheet after checking its quality before putting into 3# roller overlaping.
* Put dough sheet on aging machine to aging fully.
* Start-up 4# --- 9# roller and adjust rollers gap according to drawing properties with same thickness on two sides, make no cumuli, snap, break and indentation.
* Adjust waving and shaping device to get well shaped noodle cake.

Roller gap adjustment
two sides and single adjusting way adopted.Easy operating with two adjusting hand wheel on one side. The adjuster driven by worm wheel with shaft connected with nake roller to adjust roller gap. Rever direction between two hand wheels, no parallel between two rollers if dough sheet just go leaning. Whatever the hand wheel will be adjusted, perfect adjustment when dough sheet going straightly.
