SUMISOL N 100 is a water-soluble, Non-ionic surfactant containing 100% active matter. SUMISOL N 100 is extensively used with reputation in the Textile Processing industry as a Scouring & Penetrating agent because of its superior performance.

SUMISOL N 100 excels in emulsification and dispersion of various kinds of fats and oils, when therefore used for scouring of fibers, SUMISOL N 100 effectively emulsifies, disperses and removes oil stains in the scouring bath and prevents them from re-contaminating the fibers. SUMISOL N 100 shows good effect at low concentrations.

SUMISOL N 100 is very easily soluble in Polar Solvents such as Water, Alcohol, Acetone etc., at any concentration; also soluble in Acidic, Alkaline or Salt solution, but may cause white turbidity if alkali or salt of high concentration or hot water is used.

Stability: As the natural consequence of its chemical structure, SUMISOL N 100 is quite stable to acids, alkali and other kinds of Oxidizing or Reducing agents.

Application Method:

Scouring for Chemical and Synthetic Fibers: It is very effective to use diluted SUMISOL N 100 solution in scouring of chemical & synthetic fibers such as Cotton, Rayon, Acetate, Nylon and Polyester as a preliminary treatment before dyeing, and it makes the ensuring dyeing process secure and efficient. Standard application amount of SUMISOL N 100 is 0.2-1gm/ltr and 0.5 gm/lt. and 0.5 gm/lt. of soda ash may be added.
