Non Ionic Softener We offer NON-IONIC SOFTNER by the name of SUMISOFT NI 100 (100% BASE PRODUCT) SUMISOFT is 100% BASE PRODUCT for the preparation of non-ionic softener, when diluted to a 15:25% level with hot water. SUMISOFT NI 100 is widely used in the process of cotton, synthetics and woolen fabrics for full and smooth finish. The product prepared from the above base is recommended as NON-IONIC SOFTENER. It gives a stiff antistatic effect. It increases the adhesion between fibres and makes them more suitable for subsequent operations. It is also suitable for pure silks and can be used in the dye-bath. FOR THE PREPARATION OF STANDARD STRENGTH OF SOFTENER. 15-25% parts by weight of SUMISOFT NI 100 is melted. While stirring 85-75% parts by weight of Hot water are added to the homogenous melt. 100% parts. Then the emulsion is cooled while stirring.
