These NdFeb Magnets are manufactured by sintering, compression bonding, injection molding, and extrusion processes. The sintered form holds the highest energy product of up to 48MGOe, while the bonded form holds a lower energy product of up to 10MGOe. These NdFeb Magnets are resistance to corrosion in humid environments. In addition to it, these NdFeb Magnets are known for superior performance, high efficiency and longer service life. We have wide assortment of NdFeb Magnets with our self.
Demagnetization
Rare Earth magnets have a high resistance to demagnetization, unlike most other types of magnets. They will not lose their magnetization around other magnets or if dropped. They will however, begin to lose strength if they are heated above their maximum operating temperature, which is 176A F (80A C) for standard N grades. They will completely lose their magnetization if heated above their Curie temperature, which is 590A F (310A C) for standard N grades. Some of our magnets are of high temperature material, which can withstand higher temperatures without losing strength.
