T-1502 is a portable, battery-powered instrument. The above mentioned faults which can not be detected by pulse refection method.
T-1502 operates on the principle of Murray loop & can be used with bride supply D.C. voltage up to 5 K.V.
T-1502 measure the distance of the fault from the point of operation to the point of fault of the total length of cable, via calibrated dial and indicates in%.
T-1502 is not suitable for pre-location of low/high resistance flash over or intermittent faults.

Portable, Battery operated.
For pre-location of low & high resistance constant leakage fault.
When used with suitable high voltage DC supply.
Suitable for constant leakage fault up to 5 K.V. DC.
Gives reading in % of cable length.
Accuracy up to 1% of fault distance.
Null deflection by means of LED.
Calibrated ten turn potentiometer.
