Multipurpose Core Shooting Machines

The DISA Multipurpose core shooting machines are designed for small to medium production series of cores. DISA MP core shooting machines offer high flexibility: They are adaptable to existing core boxes and processes as required (cold box, hot box etc.). Due to the modular design and construction, adapta-tion to individual customera s require-ments or integration into existing installa-tions is easily accomplished. Core shooting volume 10 a 200 litres, cycle time 13 a 38 sec.

Depending on the machine configuration, cores are produced utilizing either vertical, horizontal or multi-parted core boxes.
