TD Series type Bucket Elevators are used to elevate(lifting) varieties of powder, granule, small and less grinding bulk materials, for example grain, coal, cement, smash ore. The max lifting height is 40 meters. There are four kinds of hopper on the elevators: Q type (shallow hopper)/ H type (arc type)/ ZH type (Medium deep size hopper) / SH type (Deep size hopper), which can lifting varieties of materials respectively. You can choose the suitable hopper as per the materials properties.
These units are available in centrifugal and continuous types. Bucket Elevators use an endless chain or belt with buckets attached and can be made in a variety of shapes and sizes for your material handling needs.
Bucket Elevators transfer bulk materials vertically from one location to another. Inlet can be flooded or control fed Volumetric transfer device

Product Structure
TD Series Bucket Elevators is made up three parts:
1st part: Top part with the transmission drum is the running device containing hopper and traction belt.
2nd part: Middle part with Chassis is the Motioning device and non-return braking device.
3rd part: Bottom part with tension drum.
There two kind of The transmission device of TD Series type product, YZ type reducer, ZQ(YY) type reducer. It is equipped directly on the head part of main axle which leaves out the transmission platform and coupler.
