Multi Spring Balance Seal

Having pressure of 35 bar and temperature range of - 45 to 300 deg. C, the product is widely known for its balanced uniform face loading, double action and inside mount. The operating limits of 502b multi spring balance offered by us are:


* Shaft Diameter (dl): 16 to 160 mm
* Velocity (v): 26 m/s
* Axial movement: -0.5mm


The product has a multiple spring design which exerts even pressure on face. It has a balanced primary ring which makes it ideal for elevated pressure. Some of the application areas of our product include:


* Chemical pumps for fertilizer
* Petrochemical industries
* Acid pumps
* Corrosive chemical pumps


As per clients requirements, we can provide PTFE, Nylon and Graphoil wedge instead of secondary seal ring. These wedges are identified as MS-502 BW.
