KiTEC is a bonded multi-layer pipe that combines the performance of polymers-high density polyethylene-and metal-aluminum- to give a lightweight, high strength, anti-corrosive and high-performance product. KiTEC pipe offers numerous advantages that combine to provide extremely simple & rapid installation requiring for fewer fittings reducing potential leakage points as compared to conventional piping systems. By using coiled lengths of KiTEC pipes which are available in 100/200 meters, the need of many bending fittings is eliminated which leads to fewer joints & higher flow.
The KiTEC small
diameter pipes are manufactured in India as per IS 15450:2022 for plumbing
applications and as per IS 17544:2022 for gas applications by KiTEC Industries
(India) Private Limited. KiTEC pipes have worldwide approval and now in India
approved by CPWD, MES, Dept. of Atomic Energy, quality certification by DGS
& D, Various State PWDs, Bombay Municipal Corporation, NDMC and many
plumbing consultants. The rates are approved by various Govt. Department in
their respective Schedule of rates. The Composite Pipes rates are approved by
CPWD in DSR under head water supply.
