Company Profile Beyond Drilling and Exploration Pvt Ltd CIN U74900DL2010PTC205269, is a company constituted on 5th July 2010 under the MCA company act, BDEPL has took various contracts of Drilling operations initially but after doing some work for drilling operations for few years company diversified in year 2018 and came into waste to energy line. Developing five business lines of waste to energy. 1. Manufacturing and supplies of various biomass, saw dust and torrefied pellets and briquettes from size 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 60mm and 90mm. (Biomass of almost all crop residues like paddy, soya, arhar, gwar, cotton, gram. Jawar, bajara, mong. mustard, seasam, maize, til, sunflower, jute, coffee, groundnut shell, coconut shell, castor seed shell, pine needle, elephant grass, sarkanda and horticulture waste) On demand supplies saw dust waste and torrefied coal of all above waste as well as MSW-RDF. 2. Advance Machinery for making biomass / saw dust pellets, with increase in demand of biomass pellets for converting to electricity we have also started manufacturing and supply of advance biomass / saw dust pellets machines. We make the entire turnkey project which starts from bale feeding conveyors, bale shredders, cyclone for dust separators, dust collectors, rotary air locks, covered screw conveyors, Deoxygenated Brittle Reactor (patent done), pulverizer, rotary mixer. Log making machine and pellet making machines. 3. Advance Biomass Machinery collection machineries, we are manufacturer and supplier of advance biomass machineries like shrub cutters, bale grabbers, Trailers, fixed balers etc. 4. Advance Machinery for processing MSW-RDF and conversion to high caloric value coal like fuel, the machineries includes MSW Trommel, MSW sorting machines, RDF briquette machine, Automatic conveyors, Deoxygenated Brittle Reactor (patent done), this technology is developed by our Dr. Kumar who is the patent holder of this technology and the only way to clear the fresh and legacy waste and convert into high caloric value coal-like fuel which can be mixed directly with fossil coal and generate electricity in thermal power plants, we have installed one such plant of 10MT/ day at NTPC Dadri township site and coal is supplied to NTPC Dadri Thermal power station. Other than NTPC the technology is also vetted by the Science and Technology department Government of Punjab. 5. Waste to energy plants, using our above technology we are working with many state Governments and Municipal Corporation for putting up MSW-RDF to high caloric value coal to energy plants.
