These superior quality MPO Fiber Optic Connectors and related MPO fiber optic products are widely used in medial, sensor and fiber optic test applications. MPO was developed by Amphenol company and it features the compact size and excellent durability and repeatability. MPO fiber connectors can be with ceramic ferrule or stainless steel ferrule types. MPO has two versions, the MPO 905 and MPO 906. The difference is MPO 905 connectors adopt straight ferrule while MPO 906 use step ferrule to achieve lower insertion loss. Typical MPO fiber optic connector use 3.175mm ferrule.
