The outcome of a certified three dimensional mold design will depend on the accuracy of the tooling / machine centre it is loaded onto; hence it is essential to have high accuracy calibrated CNC machine.



CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) machines are sophisticated metalworking tools that can create complicated parts required and are aided by the native source code data generated during the mould designing. CNCs can be found performing work as lathes, milling machines, laser cutters, abrasive jet cutters & punch presses. To minimize the maintenance downtime caused due to damage, wear and tear consumables like ejector pins, guide pins, bushes and gaskets must be identified and proved with the mould to the customer. It would be prudent to have addition inserts and cavities made in case of accidental damage.
