HOOD COVERS: Made up of quality steel sheets not preceding .09mm thickness. Flat and angle stiffened at the edges.

BRACKET PLATE: Fabricated using high grade mild steel of not less then 3.15 thicknesses. Height of shutter decides usage of thicker plates. These plates are fixed at the centre of the clamp. Suspension shafts are made up of steel tubes which confirm heavy duty of IS: 1161 -1968.

STOPPER: Used for arresting lock plate and preventing it from exceeding limit
