With the growing demand for continuous and longer campaigns of steel production, Total Solutions, Refractory Division, Belpahar has envisioned and revolutionised steel melting in induction furnaces by launching its prime refractory product, under the brand name: TOSO ZEUS.
A General tendency for refractory lining of coreless induction furnaces in india is usage of silica or basic ramming masses.But it has a lot of problems of its own and have restricted the campaign livesto a maximum of 10-15 heats, withholding production capabilities of the steel manufacturing units. Thus, with a clear vision to increase the campaign life of furnaces,our adept R&D pompously developed an In-Situ neutral ramming mass which has exponentially proven the desired effects along with other massive advantages.

Features:-
1. Higher campaign life, i.e. 8 to 10 times against silica ramming masses, promises a much increased productivity i.e. up to twice the existing.
2. Since it is neutral in nature,itcan be used for melting any quality of iron and steel i.e. in presence of either acidic or basic nature of slag.
3. Lesser number of shutdowns ensures a much lesser requirement for man power.
4. It ensures a minimal or rather no inclusion of impurities from the refractory lining into the steel melt.
5. As its an In-Situ spinel forming ramming mass, its proven to have an excellent thermal shock resistance.
