Modular Fire Tank

We are engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying excellent quality Modular Fire Tank in Rostov-na-Donu, Rostov, Russia. Reservoirs made of galvanized steel a Don's 1sta are modular (sectional) and have all advantages of modular water tanks. Panels are jointing with bolts, which provide large compressive force, a Don's 1sta reservoirs are assembled using frameless technology. Sheets of panels lie overlap. Watertightness is provided without using liners. Shape can be only cylindrical. Seismic activity at the exploitation region, wind load and snow load are taken into account during designing. Also water tank can be provided with thermal insulation and different additional equipment, so it's exploitation is possible almost in every part of the world at almost any unfavorable environmental conditions.

Capacity of water tanks a Don's 1sta made by our plant is from 24 to 10,000 cbm (6,340 a 2,640,000 gallons). These reservoirs can be equipped with any additional technological elements and equipment, such as any additional ladders, railings, flanges, branch pipes, heating devices, coils, control-measuring instrumentations and automatics and so on.
The water tanks don't need any anti-corrosion coatings neither external nor internal surfaces after erection.

Main scopes for these water tanks are using as fire tanks, as reservoirs for technical water and rainwater starage, and also for storing of bulk food and non-food products.
