Key Features
Boil 1 cups of water & 1 tsp Ghee or oil & pinch of salt in a deep non-stick pan. Add equal amount of Mahalaxmi Modak floor in this boiling water & stir. Keep it on low flame for 5 minutes. Make medium size ball of dough & start to flatten it with hand like Puri size. Turn it into bowl shape fill the coconut batter in it & close with same dough. Steam it for 10 minutes in steamer. Now Modak are ready to serve with Ghee.
