In emergency simple meal for 400 persons is ready in 2 hours.
Cooking units in the mobile kitchen are heated by three different burner unit having same specifications.
LPG can be used as fuel in these burner units.
In emergency, it is possible to cook with solid fuels (wood, charcoal etc.) by using solid fuel bowl.
Primarily designed for the preparation of rice, fish, chicken, soup by boiling, frying and grilling .
Cooking units include 1 A 150lt boiling pans, 2 A 50lt frying pans
