Solvent Based Gravure/Flexo Printing ink System For Nonabsorbent film.Toluene Free-Alcohol Based,
"Packflex" SNCP Ink Series is a NC and PU formulation printing ink system for Gravure printing and lamination application for food packaging. SNCP provides excellent reverse printing and lamination properties on different treated film.

- Printing Process: Rotogravure Reverse Printing and Lamination
- Substrate: Treated-thin film, PET, OPP, Nylon
- Substrate treatment level: We recommend at least 38 to 42 dynes/cm for PE
- Reducing solvents: Ethyl Acetate+IPA/ Methoxy propenol or Ethoxy propenol as slow dryer
- Printing Viscosity: 18 - 22 seconds Zahn Cup No. 2
- Reducing Medium: SNCP Medium/Transparent Inks
- Drying Conditions: 60 - 70oC hot Air
- Storage: Ink must be kept in cool and well ventilated place at a temperature of below 30oC

Solid content 35% for coloured inks and 40% white inks.
