How is flexo ink made?
-Basic ingredients for water-based flexo ink are colourant (pigments/dyes), resin (bonding agent), solvent (a diluent to reduce inkâs viscosity), photoinitiator (UV stability & curing agent), surfactant (wetting agent), amine ( to turn into liquid state), and other additives; these main ingredients are also used in solvent-based flexo ink.
What are the properties of flexo ink?
