(ethylene/propylene oxide) modified polydimethylsiloxane and could provide
unique surfactant properties, and lower surface tension as an ideal emulsifier
of silicone oil and other oil-phase in personal care products. It has excellent
water solubility, anti-static, smoothness feel, foaming-stable properties etc.
