Kumar Process Consultants and Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., a well known name in the pharma industry supplying polishing filters for solvents, aqueous solutions, injectable, have now introduced a revolutionary concept of membrane holders in SS 316 incorporating unbreakable, regenerable SS 316 filter media.

No more replacing of filters batch after batch

These SS 316 membranes are available in the micron ratings of 2, 5, 10, 20, 40 and 60 and are aimed at reducing recurring costs of prefilter membranes which have to be replaced at the end of every batch.

The filter media can be easily cleaned by backflushing, waterjet cleaning or by simple regeneration method (involving Caustic and HNO3) which allows the user absolutely troublefree service for years. The entire assembly could be in-situ steam sterilised / autoclaved as required by CGMP.
