Filter Nutsche

These filters, which are an extension of conventional filter nutsches incorporate non-fibre/particle releasing sintered S.S. 316L, fusion bonded multi layered S.S. 316 mesh filter medium instead of conventional PP/Polyester cloth. This is a major advantage in applications requiring filtration of antibiotics, vitamins etc. in sterile rooms where ordinary centrifuge cannot be used and use of conventional filter nutsche is ruled out as fibre releasing filter clothes cannot be used. Morever the design of filter nutsche allows the user to have a simple type of lid which can be handled by 1-2 persons without having to call for maintenance team thereby saving a lot of time during loading, unloading operation. Very recently, these filters nutsches have been modified to incorporate the top lids which can be lifted by davit-arm (all in S.S. to meet CGMP requirements).

The filter discs can be offered in any one of the standard micron ratings available with us, viz. 100. 40, 20, 10, 5, 2 and 0.5 micron to suit filtration applications covering a wide range of products having different filtration characteristics. The filter discs being removable type, the same unit could be used to filter products of different nature viz-a-viz particle size, filtrability, etc.
