Metal ceiling are roll formed using state of the art roll forming lines to 150mm wide (200mm) x 17mm deep x 0.5mm or 06mm thick with flush edges. Panel length is upto approximate 6 mtrs. Panels are available in various substrates like GI & various aluminum alloys like 3105 / 3005 / 5050 etc. When two panels are to be joined, they shall be joined together by means of panel splice suitable for 150F or 200F Panel.
A SUSPENSION SYSTEM : For interior application suspension will be by the means of 4mm diameter GI suspension rods & suspension clips. The carrier would be suspended from the roof/truss by 4mm diameter galvanized steel wire rod hangers with height adjustment spring clips made out of galvanized spring steel or stainless steel.
For Exterior applications the carrier would be suspended from the roof / truss by rigid suspension of galvanized steel suspension angle with hold on clamps at max 1 mtr centre to centre.
CONWED 150F / 200F PANEL CARRIERS :Panel carrier shall be 34 mm wide and 48 mm deep with cutouts to hold the panel in a module of 150 mm / 200mm, carrier shall be roll formed out of 0.95mm thick Aluminium strip for 150F panels OR 1.2mm thick aluminum strips for 200F panels OR 0.6 mm GI coil and cut to a standard length of 5m. When two or more carriers are to be joined, they shall be joined together by means of carrier splice which will clip on to the holes in the sides of the cut carrier and hold them firmly in place while maintaining the 150 F module
