Method of use:
* Take one part Meproche Rust remover and to it add equal part of water
* In this bath, dip the rusted components for 15 to 20 minutes
* Take the components out and rinse with water
* Dip the components in Meprophos 105 for passivation and let it dry
It is better to remove the dirt, rust and grease from the bath from time to time to avoid contamination of components with oil and grease removed.
Note: This process gives a maximum of 1.6 micron coating as against 7.5 microns of hot zinc phosphating. However, this process is suitable before painting, improves adhesion on the surfaces, and gives higher protection against corrosion.
