Chemical Resistant Coating - Dual Component Synthetic Cement, High Compressive Strength Up To 40000 Psi, Thermal Resistance Up To 1800âºc, Air-curing System

This chemical resistant coating consists of two components viz. powder and syrup.It is an air-curing system.It can be plastered or casted as per requirement in situ. The casted component has high compressive strength too. Meproche HRC is a specially designed synthetic cement to withstand abrasion and high temperatures (upto 1800A C).

Method Of Use :
Take 1 part syrup and to it add powder slowly along with stirring. Powder may be taken from 0.8 parts to 1.2 parts depending on consistency required. The mortar can now be casted on the surface required to be protected from heat.

Shelf Life :
After mixing it be used within 20-25 minutes as the pot life is low. However the shelf life of individual components is very high and can safely be taken as one year.

Curing Time :
After casting allow the mortar to air-cure for about 10-12 hours, after which the surface is ready for use.

Meproche AAR 405 is a specially designed adduct of phenolic and epoxy resin cement to withstand alkaline materials and mild acids.It has strong adhesion and high compressive strength of app. 40000 psi.Its a low shrinkage type cement and can stand temperatures upto 150A C. The product consists of three components which have to be used in proper portions as per direction given below:

Surface preparation :
The surface to be coated should be free from dirt, oil, grease and rust. If needed grinding, sand paper or shot or sand blasting should be done.
