Melt Clarification System

DESCRIPTION : MELT CLARIFICATION is based on phosphoflotation process. In this process the CATIONIC SURFACTANT ( DIFTREAT SDC ) is being added .
It precipitate the anionic colouring impurities and these impurities are being removed with the help of tri calcium phosphate ppt. The scum of MCS will go to FCS for desweetening and clear liquor will go to further process for crystallization.

BENEFITS : MELT CLARIFICATION has following advantages :

a cIt reduces colour of melt by 20 a 30 % .
a cIt reduces viscosity of melt by 20 a 30 % .
a cIt reduces ash % in sugar by 30 a 40 % .
a cIt reduces sulphur content in sugar & keeps below 10 ppm .
a cIt improves the keeping quality of sugar.
a cIt reduces the turbidity of sugar.
