All hotplates come with the spill prevention, over heated protection and a Hota status warning feature.
The stirring is actively controlled by digital sensor through a feedback mechanism for all of models regardless digital or analog. The stirrer speed is keeping unchanged regardless the changes in liquid property and/or environmental temperature, preventing the disengaged of the stir bad during stirring.
The digital types of the stirrer hotplates have much more sophisticated performance and safety feature to use in scientific research. The hotplate can be used with or without the probe, and have excellent control stability and accuracy. The unit will automatically beep and shut off when the probe left outside by negligent, or solution dried out, or sample solution. The external probe can be easily calibrated by adjusting the calibration screw.
