Head Stock: The square designed, cone pulley type Head Stock is fitted with Hardened & Ground Precision Spindle, made of EN-8 steel mounted on precision Taper Roller Bearings.
Bed: It is made of graded Cast Iron with diagonal webs and mounted on heavier Leg Base so that the initial accuracy of the Lathe is maintained throughout its life. Bed guideways are Hardened & Precision Ground having hardness of min. 350 BHN.
Carriage: It is mounted on inverted V and Flat ways of the Bed having long bearing area. The slides are accurately scrapped. Wipers are fitted to prevent chips entering underneath. The operating screws are fitted with micrometer dials. A dial indicator is provided for easy engagement of the Leadscrew for thread cutting.
Apron: It is of double walled designed with independent drive motion for feeds and screw cutting with interlocking arrangements. All Gears, Bearings and Worm are lubricated from the oil sump provided.
Tailstock: It moves on inner V and Flat guideways of Bed. Cross movement is incorporated for turning of slight tapers. The Hardened & Ground Spindle is made from EN-8 steel with internal grinding having Morse Taper.
Standard Accessories: True plate, Centre Adopter, Dead Centres-2 Nos., Tool Post Spanner, Change Gear Set for BSW and Metric Pitches & Motor Pulley.
