Description :
The welded tube machine is the main equipment of the welded pipe production line. It is designed to form tubes and pipes of a single strip of steel which is cut to fit the diameter of the pipe. Our Maxtube50 machine is specially designed to produce tubes of I 15-I 63.5mm and I'0.8-2.5mm square tubes and special shape (I'a 2.0mm). We can also produce machinery with customer's needs.

Principle of work
Hydraulic cylinder of the feeding unit keeps the strip pressed until it is horizontal. The feed motor carries feed roll The feed motor drives the feed roll to fill the strip in the accumulator by the friction force. The main motor turns supply roll of the accumulator cage to store steel strip in the inner and outer storage area. The drive motor stops after one coil ends and continues feeding after cutting and welding another coil.
