The Extinction Masterbatch is pollution-free material which is specifically designed for PP Matt film production. Join the masterbatch to the plastic film single side surface. After tensile, the film surface becomes coarsening, and causes the light scattering effect. So it could achieve the extinction effect. Product has a good fluidity. The both sides of the plastic film it produced is even and has good dispersion, the extinction effect is also even. Suitable to put on "UV" oil.

Applicable scope
The extinction layer (single surface) to join 100% matting material, without joining any additives.
Extinction material extrusion temperature is 5-10 a higher than common homopolymerization PP. Thickness of the surface layer and corona treatment according to customersa requirement.
