NF509 is a Proderma nickel-free, palladium-based master alloy for 750i? (18 Kt) white gold jewelry, designed as an all-purpose formulation.

NF509 is suitable for lost-wax casting in closed systems. The alloy can also be used for continuous casting and for ingot casting of semi-finished items such as sheet.

Differently from standard palladium-based formulations, NF509 allows complex processing such as continuous casting and mechanical working, thanks to its relatively low casting temperature and its high mechanical resistance.
