LWI-500 Type Rebar Threading Machine is used for building rebar end thread processing of a new type of multi-purpose machine. It could be used to Rib peeling and rolling threading technology, Directly rolling threading technology, BDC-2Steel Bar Threading (Cut) technology and so on. The range of processing is from I 12 to I 40, basic covers all the steel bar connection sizes at present.

Fundamental
When using rib peeling and rolling structure, the rib peeling structure will be first peeling off the transverse and longitudinal rib of rebar to be rolled part, then useing the rolling head to rolling the thread, the rebar is installed in a card to achieve the processing of rebar thread. When using BDC-2Steel Bar Threading (Cut) structure,it is directly change the rib peeling knife tool to cut knife tool, then processing the thread of the upsetting rebar part.
