Lube Applicator

TEPL Lube Applicator is a very simple device, which finds significant application in the Wire Drawing Industry.

While drawing wire, it is important to ensure that adequate lubricant is applied on the wire to affect Smooth and Efficient drawing. This is ensured effectively by the TEPL Lube Applicator.

The most important components of TEPL Lube Applicator are the three rollers. The rollers are made of good quality alloy steel and carefully hardened by heat treatment to give enhanced life.

TEPL Lube Applicator can be used for all types of wires i.e. High and Low carbon Steels, Alloy Steels, Stainless Steels etc. The use is mainly in wires, which are mechanically descaled, in which carrier coating is not applied.

TEPL Lube Applicator is very easy to use. It is simply to be clamped on to the wire in the die box, thus avoiding the cumbersome process of threading.
