Riya electricals make control panels are compartmentalized, bolted construction and custom built to meet the requirement of the modern industries, Power Plants & other engineering industries and confirm to relevant specifications.

Panels are designed for extension on either side. All the doors, top and bottom sheet covers are provided with gaskets to make the panels dust and vermin proof.

Contruction
Generally, panels are cubical construction made out of CRCA sheet steel. Other types of constructions are also given as per customer choice.

Cable Alley in all cubical panels has amples width and spacing so that cable can be easily terminated. Cable entry can be from top and / or bottom of the panel.

Undrilled removable cable gland plates, Non Magnetic gland plates are provided for single core cables on specific customer demand. Bus trunking flanges on top or bottom of panels are also provided in place of gland plates for bus duct connection.

Compartments
Panels are generally in compartmentalized construction. Each compartment is provided with hinged doors. Sheet metal/Bakelite barriers are provided between compartments, busbar chamber and cable alley to make the panel fully compartmentalized.

Busbar and Alley
Electrolytic Alumninum Flats/Bars of E-91E grade and Copper Flats/Bars of 99.9% purity are used for busbars, Busbars are designed for fault level upto 50 KA cms for one second. All busbars are provided with heat shrinkable type PVC sleeves and color coded. Busbars supports are non-hygroscopic SMC/DMC moulded and are specially designed for long creapage distance and strong enough to with stand electromachanical forces during fault conditions.

Painting
Factory is fully equipped with all facilities for painting the equipments as per the latest & advanced painting techiniques. Seven Tank process for pre-treatment of all metalic surface of panels is carried out prior to applying final paint.
